Terms of Service
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, landing pages, forms, and claim-review services offered by Legal Help Services (“Legal Help Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our sites or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our sites and do not submit information.
Please read the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections carefully. They affect your legal rights.
What we are, and what we are not
This is the most important thing on this page, so it comes first.
- We are not a law firm. Legal Help Services is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service licensed as such unless separately stated, and does not practice law in any jurisdiction. No one at Legal Help Services who speaks with you is acting as your attorney.
- We do not give legal advice. Nothing on our sites, and nothing said to you by our staff, is legal advice. We cannot tell you whether you have a valid claim, what it is worth, or what you should do.
- This is legal advertising. Our sites and communications are advertising for legal services. We are compensated by the attorneys and law firms we connect you with.
- What we actually do. We collect information about potential claims, review it against the criteria that participating attorneys and law firms have given us, and — if there appears to be a match — transmit your information to one of them so they can evaluate whether to represent you. We are paid for that transmission.
- We do not decide your case and we do not represent you. Any decision to take your case is made by the attorney or firm, not by us. Any attorney–client relationship is formed between you and that attorney or firm, under their own agreement, not ours.
Description of services
We make information about legal claims and active litigations available on this website, and we offer a free claim-review process. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for doing so. Any new feature that augments the current service is also subject to these Terms.
The content of this website is general information. It may not reflect current legal developments, verdicts, or settlements, and it may not apply to your situation. Litigation criteria change, and information that is accurate today may not be accurate later.
We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, that your claim will be accepted by any attorney or law firm, that any claim will be filed, or that any claim will result in a recovery. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
No legal advice, no attorney–client relationship
The information on this website is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal advice on any subject. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on this site without seeking advice on your specific facts from an attorney licensed in your state. Nothing here substitutes for personal, fact-specific legal advice.
Communicating with us does not create an attorney–client relationship. Submitting a form, sending an email, calling us, texting us, or speaking with our intake staff does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Legal Help Services, and cannot — we are not a law firm. It also does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and any attorney or law firm we may refer you to. That relationship is formed only when you and that attorney or firm sign their retainer agreement.
What you tell us is not privileged and may not be confidential. Information you submit to us is not protected by the attorney–client privilege or by the work-product doctrine. As described in our Privacy Policy, we transmit the information you give us to participating attorneys and law firms, and we are paid to do so. Do not send us anything you need to keep confidential or privileged.
Specific legal questions will not be answered by email or through this website.
Time limits. Legal claims are subject to statutes of limitation and other deadlines that vary by state and by claim type. Delay can permanently destroy a claim. We do not track, calculate, or warn you about any deadline that applies to you, and we are not responsible for any deadline you miss. If you believe you may have a claim, consult a licensed attorney promptly.
Your submission
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you are submitting information on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so — for example as a parent, legal guardian, personal representative, or holder of a power of attorney.
Accuracy. You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Attorneys rely on it in deciding whether to evaluate your claim, and inaccurate information wastes their time and yours. We may decline to process, may correct, or may remove a submission we believe to be inaccurate, duplicative, or fraudulent.
Consent to be contacted. When you submit a form and agree to be contacted, you give your prior express written consent for us and for the participating attorneys and law firms we work with to contact you at the number and address you provide, including by automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any legal service. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, tell any representative, or use the contact details below. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Recording. Calls with our intake team may be monitored or recorded, and voicemails may be transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we may do with your submission. You grant us the right to use, store, reproduce, and transmit the information you submit for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — including transmitting it to attorneys and law firms, and retaining it so we can evaluate you against future and related litigations.
Acceptable use
Your use of this website is subject to all applicable laws, and you are solely responsible for what you submit. You agree not to submit, post, or transmit any content that:
- is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or invasive of another person's privacy;
- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right;
- contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or communications equipment;
- impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
- constitutes unsolicited advertising, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation; or
- contains another person's personal or health information that you have no authority to share.
You also agree not to: use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access the site or harvest information from it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or to any system or network; interfere with the operation of the site, including by overloading or flooding it; or submit information through our forms for any purpose other than a genuine claim inquiry, including testing, competitive research, or generating false submissions.
We may remove content, refuse service, and terminate access at our discretion, and we may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.
Intellectual property
This website and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of content — are owned by Legal Help Services or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Legal Help Services” and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.
You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, framing, or transmission — without our prior written permission is prohibited. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and communications laws.
Attorneys, law firms, and other websites
We do not endorse or vouch for any attorney or firm. Participating attorneys and law firms are independent third parties. We do not supervise their work, guarantee their competence, verify their results, or accept responsibility for how they handle your claim or your information. Whether to hire any attorney is your decision, and we encourage you to do your own diligence, including confirming their standing with your state bar.
Once your information reaches an attorney, their policies govern. Their use, retention, and disclosure of your information is subject to their own privacy policy and professional obligations, not ours.
Links. Some links on this site lead to websites operated by third parties. We include them as a convenience. Their presence does not imply endorsement of the linked site, its operator, or its contents, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
THIS WEBSITE AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. We expressly disclaim all liability for actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of this website.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGAL HELP SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY ATTORNEY OR LAW FIRM; ANY DECISION NOT TO ACCEPT OR PURSUE YOUR CLAIM; ANY DEADLINE OR STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS THAT EXPIRES; OR ANY FAILURE TO CONTACT YOU.
Our services are provided to you at no charge. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal Help Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your submission of information, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
If there is a dispute
Talk to us first. Most problems are easier to fix than to litigate. If you have a dispute with us, email Inquires@legalhelp.services and describe the issue and what you would like us to do. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it, and we ask that you give us thirty days to do so before starting a formal proceeding.
Otherwise, ordinary law applies. These Terms do not require you to arbitrate, do not waive your right to a jury trial, and do not waive your right to participate in a class action. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services is governed by applicable law and may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection, privacy, or telephone consumer protection law, and nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with a government agency.
General terms
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and post the updated Terms here. If the changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Where we operate
This site is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available in other locations. If you access the site from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with local law.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Legal Help Services regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
